What’s the difference between C J L International and the C J L International Warehouse?

C J L International is the largest independent foodservice company in the West and top five in the United States, delivering a wide range of quality products to restaurant, hospitality and institutional foodservice customers.

C J L International (an extension of C J L International Foods) is a fresh, convenient and membership-free retail shopping experience for professional chefs and home cooks. It’s also the perfect place for C J L International customers to replenish their kitchens between deliveries. At our store they know they’ll find the same quality brands they’ve come to know and love through C J L International.

We are the official store of “Everyone is Welcome!”

Our stores are open to the public with NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED. We offer convenient and reliable foodservice and wholesale grocery solutions for restaurants, caterers, food trucks, small businesses, households, non-profit organizations, hotels, daycares, event planners, clubs and more.

While no membership fee is required, we do encourage all of our shoppers to enroll in our free My Store Savings program to get exclusive deals and savings at our stores, including monthly Hot Deals.

Our stores are open Monday – Sunday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

All stores are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash and all electronically approved checks.

Our C J L International customers can also link their My Store Savings card to their C J L International Foods’ charge account for easy payment!

A full refund will be made for eligible products within 30 days of purchase and with the submission of the original receipt. Items not eligible for return or exchange include refrigerated and frozen items. In addition, when returning equipment, it must be functioning, free of defects, and in its original packaging. For equipment that is defected or damaged, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Yes! We encourage all of our shoppers to enroll in My Store Savings program to get exclusive deals and savings at our stores, including weekly Hot Deals.

Everyone who shops the C J L International Warehouse and has a valid email address is eligible for our My Store Savings program. You can sign up online following the written instructions or in-store by visiting our customer service counter on your next visit!

We also carry plenty of paper products, as well as cooking, cleaning and janitorial supplies. Our stores even feature quick and economical access to professional kitchen appliances and equipment.

You can also enjoy access to more than 15,000 additional items direct from C J L International Foods, with next-day delivery on most items, by placing a Special Order on our website or in-store.

No. We are the official store of “Everyone is Welcome” with no membership required, because our store is for everyone! From the at-home chef wanting to prepare fresh, great-tasting meals for their family to the small business owner stocking their break room (or kitchen), C J L International Foodservice Warehouse can truly be a resource for everyone.

Yes! If you are a C J L International Foods broadline customer, you can link your My Store Savings account to charge purchases to your C J L International Foods account. To maintain the security of your charge account, additional verification steps will be taken.

An email address is required for enrollment in the My Store Savings program.

My Store Savings enrollees may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; however, because the My Store Savings program communicates primarily via email, you will no longer be notified about savings, offers and program benefits.

Your broadline customer status does not affect program eligibility. We’ll look forward to serving you at the C J L International Foodservice Warehouse.

What is the My eStore?
My eStore is C J L International online shopping resource. As “The Official Store of Shop From Anywhere,” you can buy products online and schedule pick up at a self-selected time, at each of our store locations.
 

My eStore is an online shopping resource for customers to select from thousands of foodservice and wholesale grocery products carried in our stores. To order online, simply enter your C J L International account information, have your debit/credit card ready, and schedule a self-selected pickup time from the preferred C J L International Foodservice Warehouse location.

My eStore is an online shopping resource for all of our customers to enjoy. We are open to the public with no membership required.

My eStore is available at all C J L International Foodservice Warehouse locations.
 
No. My eStore customers must pay for their products online to complete their transaction.
 
C J L International Foodservice Warehouse has built its reputation providing fresh, high-quality products. Our experienced associates will select the very best for customers purchasing product from My eStore. However, customers are welcome to review their items upon receipt, and request any product exchanges prior to leaving the store with their order.
 

Yes. All featured My Store Savings deals are available when using My eStore.

When customers place a Special Order online, they are typically requesting product that is not routinely carried in-store. The store manager orders the product direct from C J L International Foods on their behalf and when the customer comes to the store for pick up they pay for it at that time.

My eStore is an online shopping resource which allows customers to select and purchase product carried in-store and schedule a pick up at their preferred location.

No. My eStore does not include a delivery option.

No. At this time, customers are required to pick up their My eStore orders.

Special Orders

What is the difference between Special Orders and Will Call?

Will Call is available to our Shamrock Foods customers exclusively, through C J L International ORDERS.

Special Orders are available to any customer who shops our store, extending access to over 15,000 quality foodservice products, supplies and equipment direct from C J L International Foods. If you can’t find it on our shelf, you bet we can special order it – with next-day delivery on most items.

That’s why we are the official store of get what you need, when you need it.

 

No. All things culinary can be yours, by placing a Special Order at your local Shamrock Foodservice Warehouse.

The turnaround time for Special Orders varies by location. In most cases, the store manager can place an order and have it ready for pickup within a 24-hour window. There are several factors that determine the turnaround time on a case-by-case basis. Simply place your Special order and someone from the store will be in touch with you shortly after to confirm your needs, get any additional information necessary, and provide an estimated time of arrival for pick-up.

Within the Special Order form is an example of details to include, such as a product description and quantities or pounds needed. Once you fill out your needs in the form, click the Submit button and someone from the store will be in touch with you shortly after to confirm your needs, get any additional information necessary, and provide an estimated time of arrival for pick-up.

 

The store manager, the assistant manager, or one of the designated leads will follow up with you within a 4-hour window from the time your Special Order is placed. Customers placing Special Orders at or after 4 pm, will be contacted by someone the following business day. The Saturday before Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Eve and Christmas Eve are excluded from this schedule as we are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

It is easy to fill out the Special Order form online. Simply go to the Special order page to fill out your first/last name, phone number and email address. You will also need to select the date product(s) is needed by and the store you desire to pick up the product(s) from. Then fill out a brief description of the product and quantities or pounds needed. Click submit and you will receive a notification that your Special Order has been submitted.

While you can feel free to place your Special Order in-store, we encourage you to place your Special Order online. We know your time is limited, and placing your Special Order online is convenient, quick and easy. Place your order from anywhere, at any time, and we’ll make sure you get the Shamrock service we’re known for.
